Yichao Zhang (Anix)
After graduating from Zhangzhou NO1 High School, China, I came to the United States for my college life in Colorado State University, CO as a Psychology major undergraduate student. It is not easy for me to come here along at the beginning, troubles came as I was stuck in a circulation. Visa problems, language problems, living problems and even social problems gave me a very hard time in the first 2 months. But as is known to all, CSU community is pretty awesome, I cot a bunch of assistance from my advisers, instructors, and mates living in the same hall way, and gradually "melt" into the life here. I'm now totally fine living here, and having a great time studying and playing.
You might not know that high school life in China is so hard for every student, we have a schedule for school life from 7 to 6 every Mon. through Sat. Why I m saying that is I want to present my gratefulness to my grandma and my mom. But for their care for my pre and after school time and their daily chatting time that help me out of mental "traps', I don't think I can get through those most difficult period in my entire life till now. So thank you for all your supports and love. The most thing I want to do now is flying back and greet them, with all my passion and love.
I m Chinese, loving my country, my hometown and everything belongs to them. Having been away for approx. 9 months, now I m urge to meet all my friends back in China and eat all the tasty dishes again. I miss my piano, which has been together with me for more than 10 years. Summer break is coming! Good news, for a guy that is ready to go home. Oops`~
